2020 CWC Acquisition of STI
Continental Wire Cloth is pleased to announce the recent acquisition of Screen Tech International in January 2020. The Assets purchased will strengthen CWCs manufacturing infrastructure and will help facilitate our accelerated Growth both domestically and internationally. Key STI employees have been retained and all customers will be merged under the CWC brand.
